Refund and Exchange Policy
At United Fusion we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legal rights and remedies. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from one of our stores, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Return / Exchange Policy
Orders are returnable within 7 working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you if they are incorrect, damaged or defective.
The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
The items is found to be damaged upon receipt.
For any Technical Defect, customer must refer to any United Fusion store nearby for further advice.
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt. (as proved by the postal or courier receipt).
- You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
- Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivery.
Depending on the mode of payment you’ve selected upon transaction, you will be offered the mode of refund based on your payment mode and may be required to enter additional information.
